• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits at ck 888 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. All deposits are processed in BDT and are typically credited to your account instantly.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• No service charge is applied to deposits — however, your payment provider may charge its own fees.
• Failed deposits are automatically refunded within 24 hours.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name — using someone else's payment method is not permitted.

4 Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals cannot proceed without verified identity.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal is ৳5,00,000 (higher limits apply for VIP members).
• Withdrawals for KYC-verified members are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• For in-play betting, bets may be accepted or rejected due to network delays.
• Match fixing and any form of illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Ck 888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, though this is typically done in cases of Terms & Conditions violations.

• Members will be notified by email or SMS prior to account closure.
• If an account is closed without any breach of terms, the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Inactive accounts (no login for more than 12 months) will be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100.
• Members may also request account closure at any time — any remaining balance will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

Ck 888 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues on the platform, network outages, or third-party service failures.

• Ck 888 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming—gaming is an entertainment service.
• Ck 888's liability is limited in the event of any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Services may be suspended in the event of force majeure, including natural disasters or government directives.

10 Responsible Gaming
